REFUND POLICY

If you refuse a Product from us:

If you are contracting as a consumer, you would have to deactivate the Contract at any time before the order is shipped at 11:59PM, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy.

Within 30 days of the day you gave notice of deactivation, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible after you have deactivated the Contract between us in the applicable notice period. In this case, you will get a full refund of the price of the Product, and any applicable delivery charges.

For other reasons (for instance, because you have notified us that you do not agree to a change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you consider that the Product is defective), we will notify you of your refund, if any, via phone or e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail or via phone that you were entitled to a refund. If all or part of a Product is defective (Defective Item), or if your get a different order, we will credit you an amount equivalent to the value of the Defective Item towards a future purchase, or the whole amount for wrong orders, including any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in refusing the Defective Item.

We will also refund any money received from you using the same method originally you used to pay for your purchase.
